Redefining Brain Health & Performance

At NexCerebrum Brain Health & Wellness, we believe your brain is your most valuable asset, shaping how you think, feel, move, sleep, and connect. We combine compassionate, personalized care with advanced diagnostics and evidence-based strategies to keep your brain functioning at its best. Our mission is to make brain health measurable, trainable, and essential at every stage of life, helping you stay sharp, resilient, and confident in your future.

The Problem

We wait too long to act on brain health.

Brain-related conditions like cognitive decline, dementia, and mental burnout are rising, and costing Albertans and the global economy billions each year. Yet most health systems remain reactive, only offering support once decline is already advanced.

Meanwhile, new treatments for conditions like Alzheimer’s require early diagnosis, imaging, and biomarker testing, care that most people can’t access in time.

At the same time, high-functioning individuals face growing cognitive stress from busy lives, information overload, and unaddressed lifestyle factors, eroding memory, focus, and emotional resilience long before traditional systems recognize it.

Our Solution

Dual Care Pathways

Cognitive Assessment & Diagnostic (CAD) Pathway (Covered by Alberta Health)

For individuals concerned about memory changes, early dementia risk, or wanting clarity on cognitive health.

  • Comprehensive neurocognitive and medical assessment
  • Personalized care planning
  • Ongoing clinical and caregiver support (Referral from your family physician required)
  • The CAD Pathway assessment is covered by Alberta Health when referred by your family physician.

CAD Enhanced (Private Concierge Service)

  • Additional investigations beyond the standard assessment, such as advanced brain imaging, biomarker testing, or genetic analysis
  • Available only upon request
  • Not included under Alberta Health coverage
  • Designed for patients who wish to pursue a more comprehensive, personalized diagnostic picture

CAD Maintenance (Private Concierge Service)

  • Ongoing brain health follow-up visits beyond the standard provincially funded care plan
  • May include digital brain health tools and memory games.
  • Available by request
  • Tailored for patients and families seeking enhanced continuity, prevention, and coaching

CAD Enhanced and CAD Maintenance are private, concierge services. They are available only upon physician review and request. These services are designed to provide a more comprehensive level of support and are billed outside of Alberta Health coverage.

NeuroEnhanceX (NEX) Pathway

For professionals, caregivers, and proactive individuals seeking brain health optimization and performance longevity.

  • Lifestyle and cognitive performance assessment
  • Digital cognitive testing, biomarker analysis, and genomic risk review
  • Personalized coaching, digital tools, and ongoing optimization
